1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Lorvionta and the individual or entity ("the Customer") engaging our private jet charter services. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or utilizing our flight services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Service Description and Consultation Process

Lorvionta provides private jet charter services based on a consultation-led model. This model ensures that each itinerary is organized to meet the specific requirements of the Customer.

Note: The online consultation booking is free and does not reserve an aircraft. A flight is only reserved once full payment is received at our office.

3. Payment Terms and Booking Finalization

Lorvionta maintains a strict payment policy to ensure the availability and allocation of resources for your journey.

  • Payment Method: All bookings must be paid in Cash Only .
  • Excluded Methods: We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank drafts, personal cheques, or digital payment applications.
  • Completion of Booking: The booking process is considered complete only after the Customer has paid the full amount at our office. Upon payment, a receipt will be issued, and the flight manifest will be prepared.

4. Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to jets@lorvionta.com . The eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of the notice relative to the scheduled departure time.

Important Definitions:

  • No-Show: Defined as the failure of the passenger to be present at the designated departure point at the scheduled time.
  • Inability to Board: If a passenger is unable to board due to documentation issues or personal reasons, it is considered as a cancellation under the 24-hour rule.

5. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is accepted, the Customer may choose one of the following methods for the return of funds:

1. Bank Transfer: The Customer must provide valid bank account details via email. Transfers will be initiated within 7 business days of approval.

2. Cash Refund: The Customer must visit the Lorvionta office at SLF Complex in person. The refund will be issued upon authentication of the original payment receipt and the Customer's identity.

6. Data Protection and PDPA Compliance

Lorvionta respects the privacy of its customers and adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

  • Security Measures: We implement industry-standard administrative and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from unwanted access, collection, use, or disclosure.
  • Consent: By providing your information during the consultation or booking process, you grant Lorvionta permission to process your data for the fulfillment of the charter agreement.

7. Customer Obligations and Conduct

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers in their party possess valid travel documents, including passports and necessary visas, for the intended destination. Lorvionta is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations resulting from a passenger's failure to provide valid documentation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. By confirming your booking, you submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
